CLARITY IS POSSIBLE, even after betrayal.

You don’t have to have it all figured out right away. Healing after betrayal can leave you questioning your relationship, your future, and even yourself. Whether you've recently discovered infidelity, experienced emotional abuse, or are trying to rebuild after divorce, you don't have to have everything figured out right away. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening beneath the surface so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

Your reactions make sense.

If you’ve landed here, you're probably feeling emotionally exhausted, unsure of what's real anymore, and carrying the weight of trying to make sense of something that just doesn't add up. You might be replaying conversations in your head, questioning your own memory, wondering if you're overreacting, or feeling stuck between wanting to stay and wanting to leave, and that makes sense. Betrayal has a way of making you doubt your own instincts. In our work together, we'll slow everything down so you can understand what's actually happening beneath the surface and begin to trust yourself again.

I specialize in helping adults heal from betrayal trauma, infidelity, emotional abuse, and divorce. My approach combines evidence-based therapy with my own lived experience to help you better understand your emotions, quiet the self-doubt, and build practical tools for lasting healing. My goal isn't simply to help you get through this season… It's to help you become your own authority again, trusting your inner voice with greater clarity and confidence.

HOW we’ll WORK together:

Healing begins when you can finally make sense of what you’re feeling.

Something has shaken the ground beneath you: A discovery. A slow unraveling of trust. A moment that changed how you see everything, including yourself.

I do this work because I know that feeling. Not just professionally, but personally.

I've lived through betrayal trauma and know what it's like to look fine on the outside while quietly trying to make sense of something that doesn't add up. I know how exhausting it is to overwork, overthink, overfunction, and still never feel settled, and that lived experience shapes everything about how I work.

When you sit across from me, you're not just working with someone who understands betrayal trauma clinically, you're working with someone who has been in that disorienting place and found her way through it. Now, I do this work so I can lead you through it as well.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based, trauma-informed care. I believe healing isn't about forcing you to move on, it's about understanding what's happening beneath the surface so you can treat yourself with greater compassion and grace. I won't rush your process or offer one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, we'll work together help you make sense of your experience, rebuild trust in yourself, and move toward a life that feels aligned with your values.

What I want you to know about our work together:

While my understanding began through clinical training, my own experience with betrayal deepened it in ways no textbook ever could. That experience shaped the therapist I am today and ultimately led me to specialize in betrayal trauma. It allows me to walk alongside you and hold space for the uncertainty, grief, anger, and self-doubt that often follow broken trust, while still staying grounded in practical, evidence-based care.

My goal isn't to tell you what decisions to make, it's to help you hear and trust your own, authentic inner voice again so that you can move forward with confidence, whatever that looks like for you.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, questioning yourself, or wondering whether you'll ever feel like yourself again, you don't have to figure it out alone. Click below to schedule a consult, and let me help you write your own path to feeling whole again.

I believe therapy should help you understand why you're feeling the way you are while also giving you practical tools to first get you through the chaos, and then to create meaningful, lasting change.

I am EMDR trained and have completed extensive training in betrayal trauma, infidelity recovery, emotional abuse, and relational trauma. My clinical focus includes rebuilding self-trust, strengthening self-worth, applying neuroscience-informed approaches to trauma recovery, reducing emotional overwhelm, and improving relationship patterns.

Depending on your needs, I integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Gottman-informed treatment, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), tailoring each session to support your unique goals and create an approach that is individualized, collaborative, and responsive to your unique needs.
